Living Area
The spacious living area offers comfort in tastefully decorated surroundings with full air conditioning.
• The living area has a T.V. with cable and DVD player.
• The property is ample to sleep up to 8 people.
• There is free use of a travel cot
The Kitchen
The kitchen is extensively equipped for all your needs with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and all crockery, cutlery, utensils and glasses are included.
• The kitchen also provides a large dining area with a dining table and 6 chairs.
• The utility room comprises of a large washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Bedrooms
The villa comprises of 4 good sized bedrooms, two of which open onto the pool area, and both have excellent en-suite facilities. There are two further good sized twin bedrooms with a full sized bathroom for your use.
Pool Area
The swimming pool has an extensive decking area with a lanai (for when it gets too hot), patio table, chairs and sun lounger’s, and also a barbecue.
• The pool has a removable safety fence.
